Diana spent a year with us on a contract as our Head of HR. She helped steer us through a period of significant change in our statutory remit/responsibilities and our internal structure. Diana’s calm and sensible approach and her clear and unwavering focus on the health and wellbeing of our people helped us through the change process and also a couple of very unexpected and difficult staff-related issues. My executive team and I all enjoyed working with Diana and valued the contribution she made through a pretty stressful period.
